Sunday 11 October – Health Awareness Day 2015

This year’s Health Awareness Day will take place at the Malcolm X Centre, 141 City Road, Bristol, BS2 8YH, between 11am and 4pm. It is a free, fun, informative, interactive family event, which is open to all. Come and enjoy speakers, workshops,information stalls, children’s activities, henna,  face painting, fitness activities and food. There will be workshops on Child Sexual Exploitation, Mental Health and Blood and Organ Donation.

Learn about Health and Wellbeing, find out how to access health services and discover more about preventative measures. The day will provide information on general health issues as well as those that particularly impact on BME Communities and all activities will respect diverse faiths and cultural sensitivities.

20 October – Bristol Multi-Faith Forum Open Meeting: ‘Green Capital’

Our next Bristol Multi-Faith Forum Open Meeting will be held at St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Rd, Bristol, BS2 9TJ, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
